It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the 2000’s. After everyone found the Y2K bug was not an issue and came out of their bomb shelters, they started to listen to the music that would define the 00’s. Looking back, we may have listened to some questionable music, but luckily there were a few good things that came out of this decade. There were still bands that were making great music in the 2000’s like U2 and Radiohead, but this is a look at some of the bands that got their start in the noughties (2000’s) and helped defined it as a whole. Warning, it was not always pretty.
