“They’re Hungry To Hear New Stuff” – Radiohead Reflect On Debuting ‘In Rainbows’ At Lollapalooza

Radiohead made waves with the release of their 2007 record In Rainbows by being one of the first bands to let fans decide how much they want to pay for their new record.

Since then, Radiohead’s 2008 performance has gone down in Lollapalooza lore as one of the fest’s finest sets. Prior to their performance, guitarist Ed O’Brien sat down with Marty Lennartz to discuss In Rainbows and why audiences were hungry to hear new music from the band.
