That’s correct.  Wilco front man, Jeff Tweedy, will be guest starring in an episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation this spring, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Tweedy will play a fictional character that is not a stretch from his non-fictional one–a front man of a rock band.  Leslie (played by Amy Poehler) and Andy (played by Chris Pratt) will bring in Tweedy’s character to discuss the reuniting of his band, Land Ho!, in order to headline the Unity Concert the duo are organizing to establish the merging of Pawnee and Eagleton.

It appears that things will not work out as planned, however, as Jeff Tweedy’s character still has some hard feelings over the breakup of Land Ho!

No specific air date for the Tweedy episode has been released yet.  The only time frame that has been shared is that it will air sometime in early spring, after Parks and Recreation returns on NBC following the Olympics.
