That didn’t last long. The self-proclaimed hiatus stemming from the Widespread Panic camp lasted all of ten months before the band announced that they were hitting the road again.
The band had an all acoustic tour throughout January/February of 2012 captured in this Live ‘Wood’LP. This was Panic’s first-ever fully acoustic tour and also the final set of shows before the band’s long-overdue hiatus for the remainder of 2012.
When a band tours with the vigor that Widespread Panic does, going ten months without a show can feel like years to a fan.
