This Saturday there will be a black tie optional fundraiser for the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra at Four Seasons Chicago. The young musicians will be performing classical arrangements of Beatle songs, so of course I’ll be there. In fact I will MC the evening because I believe, with my heart, head and soul, that anything that connects young people with music is critically important. That’s why I will do my part to support the opportunities this fine organization provides some very talented young musicians. For ticket information, visit their website at http://www.cyso.org.

Recently I spoke with Kathy Fieweger, a member of the Board Of Directors of CYSO, about the work the CYSO does, and how it changes the lives of some gifted students.
