Coming off a monumental year, The Black Keys are prepping for the upcoming Grammy Awards ceremony, where they are nominated for 5 Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Best Rock Song for “Lonely Boy”, along with Album of the Year and Best Rock Album for El Camino, their 7th studio LP.

The Akron duo are part of the Grammy’s #TheWorldIsListening campaign, which consists of both established and up-and-coming artists, that allows musicians to share their music for a chance to be tweeted by a panel of music icons such as Linkin Park, RZA, and Snoop Lion. The campaign aims to enhance the exposure of new artists through social platforms, in hopes of discovering the next big act. Here is a clip of the forthcoming commercial for the campaign, titled “Soundcheck.”

Tune into the ceremony on Feb. 10 on CBS, to see the guys (who already have two Grammy Awards under their belt) add to their stellar year. Read more at rollingstone.com.
