Brooklyn’s TKTTSM To Release Debut Album [Free Download]

The Big Beat brings you a new Artist this week: Brooklyn based psychedelic rock duo TKTTSM. Johanna Stahley and Owen O’Mahony, the former a more conventional songwriter and the latter a seasoned touring musician, have created a sound that mixes experimental instrumentals with pop vocals.

According to the duo, the album can be summed up by “the band’s love of exploration, animals, exercise, and freedom, and their dislike of cops, politicians, financial institutions and any other power hungry villains.” When asked what she thought of the album, lead singer Johanna Stahley said, “I’m a little scared of it!”

Their self-titled debut album is set to release October 16th, but the single “Plastic Fantastic” is available as a free download from their website right now.
