It’s next week that will be our official Chicago Blues Festival preview show, but this week we’ll not only be playing a bunch of Shemekia but we’ll also be looking at some of the events that will be surrounding Blues Fest next week.

Lil’ Ed, Liz Mandeville and Rockin’ Johnny all have new records out and shows set around Blues Fest. Listen tonight from 9 to 10 for Blues Breakers. I know it kinda seems like a Sunday but Local Anesthetic, Little Steven and Jazz Transfusion were all last night. Tonight it’s Blues Breakers followed by The Big Beat.
