What’s the capital of Illinois? If you answered Springfield, you might just be smarter than NATO. A video posted on the organization’s website seems to have gotten its facts wrong. It informs viewers that the summit will occur in Illinois’ capital…Chicago…and that President Obama grew up in…Chicago. Last time I checked Springfield has been the capital since 1837 and Mr. Obama grew up in Hawaii.
