I know what you’re thinking, your iPod playlists are as stale as the warm weather talk and you’re looking for some quality music. So without further ado, meet Father John Misty. Actually, chances are you already know this artist- he’s Josh Tillman, the drummer and backing vocalist from Fleet Foxes.
He’s decided to take some of those sweet, melodic vocals and harmonies that could make a puppy cry and put them towards some solo work, in an album titled “Fear Fun” from Sub Pop Records due out May 1. Check out the first single, “Nancy From Now On.”
