You Make Up The Title Of This Blog…I Have A Few, But Not Going To Go There

[photogallerylink id=52283 align=left]OK, guys. Knock yourself out. If you are a Rolling Stones fan, and you are visiting the Stones Museum in Berlin (Germany, not the North-side club), and nature calls, you’ll just love the urinals. They are shaped like the legendary Stones logo of Mick’s mouth. Problem is, it’s just the lips. Guess the tongue would get in the way. But some women are furious that without the tongue it doesn’t look like Mick’s mouth. To those offended it looks like the fellas are doing their thing in a woman’s mouth. Guess it’s the lipstick. But they are pissed, I mean, upset and feel it’s demeaning to women.

[photogallerylink id=102254 align=left]The founder of the museum, Ulrich Schroeder, is dismissing the complaints. He calls the urinals “art” and let anyone who cares know that they’re “staying.” Being a plumber’s daughter, I totally get the concept of urinals as art. I remember back in the mid 1960’s, the Stones were busted for public urination. We’ve come full circle. So now that we’ve explored this issue, let’s get back to the work of feeding the hungry and striving for world peace.
