This 30 year old R.E.M. concert video is believed to be the first professionally filmed R.E.M. performance! It was filmed October 10, 1982 from The Pier in Raleigh, North Carolina and was broadcast for television. The video includes much of the first encore which ended with “Skank” an unreleased jam.
