[photogallerylink id=91170 align=left]Always a band that has never been afraid to explore new boundaries, the upcoming EP Long Live The King from The [lastfm]Decemberists[/lastfm] sees the group pay homage to a band not many people would associate as a [lastfm]Decemberists[/lastfm] influence. Coupled with five new songs, the band includes a cover of [lastfm]The Grateful Dead[/lastfm]‘s “Row Jimmy” on their new EP.
Sticking to an acoustic format, Long Live the King will feature five songs leftover from their album The King Is Dead released earlier this year. The EP will be released November 1st on Capitol Records.
