[photogallerylink id=75821 align=left]Today only, our friends at Vevo are streaming Nirvana‘s 1991 concert “Live At The Paramount.”
Shot at the Paramount Theater in Seattle on Halloween in 1991, it features performances of several big hits including “Breed,” “Lithium” and “Polly,” and a cover of the Vaselines‘ “Jesus Doesn’t Want Me For a Sunbeam.”
Nirvana: Live at the Paramount will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on September 27th. It’s the only Nirvana performance shot in HD.
Many of you never had a chance to actually see them perform live so, this is bound to be a musical treat.
Enjoy.
Speaking of unseen and unreleased footage, the EMP exhibit Nirvana: Taking Punk To The Masses showcases all kinds of rare things from the Nevermind era. Our friends at KZOK ran through the exhibit and gives his point of view on the artifacts and items on display. Click on the image below to view the gallery.
You can check out the exhibit for yourself at EMP, all the info is here.
