[photogallerylink id=82629 align=left]This year’s Bonnaroo Music Festival has come and passed, with 90,000 hot and sweaty individuals participating in the music festival’s tenth anniversary. Its lineup spanned across the entire musical spectrum, from the Grammy-winning alternative rock of [lastfm]Arcade Fire[/lastfm], to the progressive metal of [lastfm]Opeth[/lastfm], to the rap/hip-hop of [lastfm]Lil Wayne[/lastfm], determined to have a little something for everybody.
We’ve been following the ‘Roo all weekend, and here of some of the highlight performances from the fest:
[photogallerylink id=82986 align=left]Thursday at Bonnaroo is all about the buzzbands and up-and-comers, and Day 1 gave the smaller acts some time in the spotlight. Bigger name indie-rock acts such as [lastfm]The Walkmen[/lastfm], [lastfm]Twin Shadow[/lastfm], and [lastfm]Best Coast[/lastfm] performed to frenzied crowds of fans in some of the larger tents. [lastfm]Deerhunter[/lastfm] played a midnight set with a gigantic audience ready to prove that Thursday really is the new Friday.
