The positive vibes continue with the first song, “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall”, from Coldplay’s highly anticipated forthcoming album due this fall. Once again produced by Eno, the song is amazingly upbeat for one about profuse weeping. It turns out to be a celebration of the recuperative power of music with the first line, “I turn the music up, I got my records on”.

With Coldplay headlining Lollapalooza this August, I can already envision Grant Park turning into a giant dance floor with 60,000 people singing “Wa Wa Wa Wa Wa Wa-terfall”.
