[photogallerylink id=51449 align=left] Pearl Jam frontman, Eddie Vedder released a single from his upcoming solo album, Ukulele Songs earlier this month (hear a preview below) and has announced plans to hit the road. [lastfm]Glen Hansard[/lastfm] of [lastfm]The Swell Season[/lastfm] & [lastfm]The Frames[/lastfm] will join Vedder on tour this summer with a stop June 28 at The Chicago Theatre.

Fans should expect the shaggy songwriter to perform most of his new record in addition to his 2007 material from Into the Wild.
