[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mumford and Sons[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]The Avett Brothers[/lastfm] took to the stage to perform their songs, “Little Lion Man” and “Head Full of Doubt/ Road Full of Promises,” respectively before [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bob Dylan[/lastfm] took to the stage and the group belted out a version of “Maggie’s Farm”.
The groups, on hand to salute acoustic music, were intro-ed by David Letterman’s famous “Top 10 List”, and left the stage to a standing ovation, after a little bit of Bob Dylan on his trademark harmonica.
Cellos, an upright bass, a full brass section, and banjo helped span the sounds of folk, bluegrass, and pretty much every other genre of acoustic music.
