Quade experimented with ‘winning’ near the end of the season and Cubs management decided ‘winning’ was something that the franchise would like to investigate further. As a minor league manager, Quade had a .510 winning percentage. The pride of Mt. Prospect High School will presumably come at a more reasonable price tag than current Yankees manager, Joe Girardi.
