(Review by Dave Morales)
The annual Austin City Limits Festival kicked off in a big way today! The weather was perfect in Austin, Texas and the crowds were definitely ready to see some amazing bands play live. We have interviews, pictures and some “behind the scenes” footage from deep in the heart of Texas!
Let’s begin this journey with a bit of ACL history…here is a one on one with [lastfm]Ray Benson[/lastfm] of the nine time Grammy winning band [lastfm]Asleep At The Wheel[/lastfm].
Also playing on day one of the 2010 ACL festival- jam band musician [lastfm]Donovan Frankenreiter[/lastfm], whose new album Glow was released on October 5, 2010. By the way, the actual CD glows in the dark. Cool.
We also went live on Fox 26 in Houston, Texas during the 5 o’ clock news.
