Kings of Leon
[pullquote quote="Join me, Tom Marker, for the best of New Music Thursday, an hour of new music, tonight at nine."]Following the success of their previous album, 2008′s Only by the Night, which was certified platinum (over a million sold) within a year of it’s release, [lastfm]Kings of Leon[/lastfm] will be releasing a new album, Come Around Sundown, on October 19th. Ahead of that date we have a new Kings song, “Radioactive,” to play tonight on New Noise at Nine.
Chicago’s top bluesman, Buddy Guy, is set to release his new album, Living Proof, a week later on October 26. We’ll have a song from that, a historic, first ever studio pairing of [lastfm]Buddy Guy[/lastfm] with [lastfm]B.B. King[/lastfm], “Stay Around a Little Longer,” for tonight’s New Noise.
But wait, there’s more.

We’re getting close to the Tuesday release of the highly anticipated new album from [lastfm]Robert Plant[/lastfm], and we now have two more new songs for tonight’s show, one of them written by [lastfm]Richard and Linda Thompson[/lastfm]. Plus, [lastfm]Matt & Kim[/lastfm], [lastfm]!!![/lastfm], [lastfm]Peter Himmelman[/lastfm] and more.
Join me, Tom Marker, for the best of New Music Thursday, an hour of new music, tonight at nine.
